Ron Bosse:
Guitarist, composer, producer and audio engineer Ron Bosse is the founder and president of Bosse School of Music & Bosse Studios. A veteran of over 20 years in the music business, Ron has performed throughout the United States and Canada as leader of the critically acclaimed jazz group Pursuance; and has produced over 200 concerts with legendary jazz artists such as Dave Liebman, George Garzone, Bob Moses, Jerry Bergonzi, and Bob Mintzer. He has performed at some of the world's most renowned venues and festivals including Boston's Symphony Hall, Litchfield Jazz Festival, Berklee Performance Center, Solar Fest, Tanglewood, Regattabar, Ryle's Jazz Club, Boston Globe Jazz Festival, Cheney Hall and Seiji Ozawa Hall. Ron has been recognized for his career achievements in such prestigious publications as the New York Times, Boston Globe, Guitar Player, Jazz Times, and Downbeat.
Ron successfully implemented and designed the audio engineering program at Bosse School of Music, and authored its courses "Logic Pro 101", Garage Band 101", "Home Recording Techniques & Set-Up", "Multimedia Production for Mac", "Mixing & Mastering" & "Video Production Techniques". Ron has produced, recorded and mixed music for some of New England's finest musicians and businesses including Will Hudgins (Boston Symphony), Fernando Huergo (Berklee College of Music), C-Zone Music, Occasional Brass & Strings, Jim Robitaille (UMASS Dartmouth), Lori Colombo, Trina Aitken, Jay Kustka and many more.
Ron graduated Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music with a degree in Professional Music.

AJ Peters:
Since graduating from Berklee College of Music with
a B.A. in Music Production and Engineering in 2006, AJ Peters has been
active in the Boston music scene as an engineer, producer, and a
performing musician. From 2007 until 2010, he owned and operated Black
Box Studio in Hanson, M.A. in which time he worked tirelessly helping to
launch and record albums and demos for some of Boston's most successful
regional acts. As a freelance engineer, AJ is felxible and versatile
boasting extensive knowledge of studio and live sound gear. He is
currently a member of the Bosse Studios engineering staff, and works on
the audio post-production staff for Soup2Nuts Animation Studio in New
Jersey.
In addition to his excellent ears and sound design
skills, AJ is a seasoned guitarist who has spent the last decade lending
his talents to several popular bands such as Riff Cannon, and also the
Dormers.

Tom Barry: A
graduate of Berklee College of Music with a degree in Music Production
and Engineering, Tom Barry has performed throughout the east coast
playing a variety of styles from rock to reggae to funk as lead
guitarist for the Boston based group, The Charlie River Band. In
addition to being an inspirational and versatile guitarist and teacher,
he is also a professional Recording Engineer who has conducted and lead many recording projects from students to professionals.

Madeline Herec:
A sound designer, composer and filmmaker who enjoys telling stories through sound and image, Madeline attended
Berklee College of Music for Professional Music as a voice principle,
and studied film scoring, performance, and music business. She is
currently earning her Master of Fine Arts in Media Art with a
concentration in audio recording, mixing, and cinematography at Emerson
College. She is also a faculty member at Bosse School of Music. Her
past projects have included videography, audio mixing and restoration
for major corporate clients, interactive agencies, educational services,
and independent filmmakers. Her score, sound and dialogue mix were
featured in the documentary film "You Must Be This Tall: The Story of
Rocky Point Park," which enjoyed a theatrical run in showcase cinemas,
aired on RI PBS, and achieved critical acclaim with a rating of five
stars by the Providence Journal. She is currently directing and
producing the documentary film “The Melting Pot Boils”, and is a
contributor to the Boston lifestyle blog “Beans in a Can”.

Andrew Zubatkin:
A
graduate of Worchester State University with a degree in
communications, Andrew Zubatkin has been working in the film industry
since 2005. In addition to Bosse Studios, Andrew has worked as a
director, videographer, & editor for WCUB-TV, Moore-Huntley
Productions, Triceptus Studios, & Extraneous Noise
